Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 10 April 2026. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and SwipeRealm when you access our services. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
The contract you enter by downloading or browsing
By installing our games, creating an account, subscribing to updates, or otherwise using SwipeRealm services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use our products on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately and uninstall applications obtained from official storefronts. Some jurisdictions grant mandatory rights that cannot be waived; nothing here limits those protections.
Eligibility, age requirements, and regional rules
You must meet the minimum age displayed on the relevant app store listing and any additional age gate we implement for specific features. Parents and guardians are responsible for minors they permit to play.
You may not use our services if you are barred under sanctions, export-control laws, or court orders. We may geo-block releases where licensing or regulation demands it.
Accounts, credentials, and keeping your login safe
You agree to provide accurate registration information and to update it when it changes. You are responsible for safeguarding passwords, device unlock codes, and any backup codes. Notify us promptly at hello@swiperealm.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may require multi-factor authentication or password resets when we detect risk. Selling, sharing, or leasing accounts violates these Terms and may trigger suspension.
Licence to play, patch, and balance the experience
Subject to your compliance, SwipeRealm grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our games for entertainment. You may not copy, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the software except where mandatory law permits interoperability testing.
We continuously update content to fix bugs, rebalance economies, and comply with law. Updates may download automatically. Older builds may cease to function when servers retire; we will give reasonable notice when feasible.
Virtual currency, bundles, subscriptions, and refunds
In-game purchases are licensed entitlements, not property. Prices include applicable taxes where collected by the storefront. Chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to revocation of virtual items and account review.
Refund policies follow Apple, Google, or other payment providers unless local consumer law mandates a different remedy. Keep receipts and contact those platforms first for billing questions; we assist where we can verify purchase records.
Player conduct: the lines we do not let anyone cross
You may not harass, threaten, discriminate, dox, or spam other players or staff. Cheating, exploiting bugs for unfair advantage, automating gameplay without permission, or tampering with client-server traffic is prohibited.
Do not upload unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or IP-infringing content through social or user-generated features. We may moderate, filter, or remove content and apply strikes, mutes, or permanent bans proportionate to severity.
Content you submit and the licence you grant us
If you provide feedback, bug reports, creative submissions, or clips, you grant SwipeRealm a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for operating, promoting, and improving our services, unless we agree otherwise in writing for commissioned work.
Moral rights are waived to the extent permitted so we can adapt assets across formats. You warrant that your submissions do not violate third-party rights.
Intellectual property, branding, and fan projects
SwipeRealm and its licensors own all rights in software, art, audio, narrative, trademarks, and marketing materials. Unauthorised merchandise, esports broadcasts, or commercial reuse of assets is not allowed without a signed agreement.
Limited non-commercial fan art may be tolerated if it follows our brand guidelines and does not imply endorsement; we may revoke permission at any time.
Third-party stores, ads, analytics, and linked services
Our titles rely on platform SDKs, advertising networks, analytics partners, and social features operated by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply in addition to ours. We are not responsible for downtime, pricing errors, or policy changes on external services.
Clicking outbound links is at your own risk; review each destination's safety practices before sharing personal data.
Service availability, beta features, and experimental modes
We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, internet congestion, device incompatibility, or force majeure events may disrupt play. Beta or preview features are provided "as is" and may reset progress or disappear without compensation.
Disclaimers covering casual, mid-core, and online play
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwipeRealm disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that servers are free of harmful components—though we deploy industry-standard protections.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those regions our liability is limited as the law requires.
Limitation of liability and reasonable caps
Except where prohibited, SwipeRealm and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the services.
Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability or (b) one hundred British pounds sterling, except for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Indemnity when a dispute traces back to your actions
You agree to defend and indemnify SwipeRealm, its directors, employees, and partners against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights by content you supply.
Suspension, termination, and what survives closure
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk, or if we discontinue a title. You may stop using services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive—such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and governing law—remain in effect.
Upon termination, licences end and you must delete local copies only where law allows; virtual items may become inaccessible without refund except as required by consumer law.
Governing law, courts, and informal dispute steps
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and SwipeRealm submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to non-waivable rights to sue in your home courts under consumer protection statutes.
Before filing a claim, contact hello@swiperealm.co.uk or call +44 20 3456 4987 so we can attempt an informal resolution.
Notices, assignment, and how to reach the studio
We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights without our consent. Notices to you may be delivered in-product, by email, or on our website.
